Creating a quick load plan can be effortlessly done, particularly when your haulier is not set to manual. This will allow for the automatic pre-population of linked stores, which will make the process even more streamlined. Follow the steps listed below to create a quick load plan using the Daily Load Report App.

Navigating to the Quick Load Plan Section

  • Access the Daily Load Report App via https://kavli.supplylens.co.uk.

  • Log in with your credentials.

  • In the menu bar on the left side of the screen, click on the "Quick Load Plans" section.

Creating a Quick Load Plan

  • A form will appear, prompting you to fill in the following details:

    • Select Haulier: Choose the haulier from the dropdown list.

    • Emails: This field will pre-populate with emails linked to the selected haulier.

    • Collection and Collection Day: These fields will be auto-set based on the selected haulier's default collection time.

    • Comments: Enter any relevant comments or instructions.

  • Since the haulier is not set to manual, the linked stores will be pre-set. For each store:

    • Enter the number of pallets.

    • Provide the order number.

    • The delivery date can change but is defaulted from the collection date.

  • Once all the details are filled out, click the “Save” button to save the quick load plan.

Viewing and Managing the Load Plan

  • Upon saving, you will be taken to the Load Plans section, where you can see the newly created load plan.

  • Here, you have the option to:

    • Edit the load plan if needed by clicking on the “Edit” icon.

    • Go to the report by clicking on the “Report” icon to view a printable version of the load plan. From here, you can print or email the load plan.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a quick load plan. This feature is designed to simplify your daily operations, ensuring that your pallet loads are well-organised and ready for smooth deliveries.
